1. All prices are in UK Pounds sterling and include VAT.
2. All stock and prices are subject to availability.
3. The price in Euros is estimated on an average exchange rate. When your order is processed the total actually charged may vary dependant on the rate of exchange at that time and what rate your credit card company give.
4. All photos are used for illustration only and are generally an image of the fragrance bottle. Please read carefully the exact product and packaging descriptions supplied before ordering, as mistakes cannot be rectified.
5. Scent2us only sell 100% genuine products; we do not sell any copies or fakes.
6. Testers and damaged boxed stock are 100% genuine, they have never been used or on display. Testers are not supplied free of charge and will have on the bottle or the packaging that they are for demonstration or not for individual sale. Please read carefully the exact packaging descriptions before ordering, as mistakes cannot be rectified.
7. All complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately. The customer will be informed of all progress.
8. According to the Data Protection Act 1988 we do not supply any of your details to a third party, unless you have given us express permission to do so.
9. Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion, this may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and full address details. Scent2us reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.
10. Scent2us reserves the right to deliver certain orders to the Invoice Address only, customers will be notified by e-mail if this is the case.
11. If Scent2us has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible to either offer an alternative item or we will credit your card for the cost of the unavailable goods. Scent2us will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
12. Customers have the right to return their order within 7 working days of receiving their goods. Where the customer exercises their right to cancel an order, the product costs only will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of returned goods as we do not refund postal charges.
13. All returned products will be refunded or exchanged provided they have not been used or and the packaging is in tact, postage costs will only be refunded if goods received were incorrect, faulty or damaged upon receipt, photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.
14. Returned items should be sent by standard recorded delivery, Scent2us will not cover return postage costs for Special Delivery or any courier service.
15. Any returned items must be received within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund or replacement. Any returned faulty goods after this time may only receive a part refund dependant on the amount of product used. Any goods returned more than 6 months after purchase, whether faulty or not, will NOT be refunded or replaced and the returned goods will be disposed of.
16. If the rare occasion occurs whereby the customer receives an incorrect item, Scent2us will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires a fast replacement, Scent2us will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned incorrect item, refund the customer for the cost of their 2nd order and for their return postage.
17. Orders returned 'Not Called For' by Royal Mail or our courier will be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, not including postage. Customers will not be contacted and the order will be cancelled.
18. Orders not received which were dispatched by Recorded Postage will not be deemed 'missing' until 10 working days have passed, therefore no resend or refund will be offered until after this period.
19. Scent2us shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
20. The risk of the goods shall pass to the customer on receipt of delivery.
21. None of the above affects your statutory rights.
