We do not charge any restocking fees.
We recommend you use an insured carrier such as a recorded delivery as we can not accept any responsibility for any loss.
We cannot refund shipping charges.
We cannot accept returns past 30 days from the date of order.

Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase. Cheque refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt of returned items. Credit Card refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of returned items.
If a product is returned within 7 days a full refund will be given once the product or products have been checked, any attempt to claim back the money paid to us by your credit card company will not stand and action will be taken.
